The machine’s unique chamber design and dual functionality for modification and depolymerization make it versatile for modifying a wide range of materials, including heavy and light calcium carbonate, kaoline, talcum, and more. The working principle involves the use of three modifying rollers that work in tandem to treat the powder surface. The dry powder and dosed agent are introduced into the modifying rollers, which, through high-speed rotation, create a fluidizing vortex. This process generates heat due to high-speed shearing, collision, and friction, facilitating the modification of the powder.
