Working Principle

Clirik Double Roller Crusher consists of two parallel rollers, each with a small gap between them.

Materials are fed from the top of the crusher and crushed between the rollers at low speed and high pressure.

The desired particle size is determined by the gap between the rollers.

Adjustments to the gap can be made by an adjusting device that includes a wedge or gasket adjustment system.

By adjusting the position of the wedge or changing the thickness of the gaskets, the gap between the rollers can be increased or decreased to control the size of the crushed particles.
