European Coarse Powder Grinding Mill

Brief Introduction

Clirik’s European Coarse Powder Grinding Mill is widely used in industries such as chemical, cement, and construction. It efficiently crushes rocks up to 320 MPa into coarse powder, with 80% of the particles being smaller than 3mm.

Application Fields

Working Principle

The European Coarse Powder Grinding Mill is consists of a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is made from welded steel plates with replaceable liners for durability. Rotor components include turn plates, pin shafts, and belts for roller movement.

Large materials enter the crusher through the feed inlet and are initially crushed by high-speed hammers.

Materials are thrown against support iron for further crushing. Qualified ones pass through the grate bars and exit; unqualified ones stay for more grinding.

Product size is adjustable by changing the grate bars. Rotor-to-grate gaps can be modified for various needs. Keep material moisture under 20% to avoid blockages.
