Brief Introduction
The Clirik European Version Coarse Hammer Crusher is designed to crush various rocks and stones with comprehensive strength not exceeding 320 MPa into coarse powder and small particles.

Working Principle
Structure Overview
The Clirik European Coarse Hammer Crusher consists of a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is made from segmented steel plates welded into an upper and lower section. High manganese steel liners, designed for replaceability, are installed to resist wear within the frame.
Operating Principle
Rotor and Power Transmission
The rotor assembly comprises turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers
Power from the motor is conveyed to the main shaft via triangular belts, propelling the hammers into rotation.
Crushing Process
Material is fed into the crusher where it’s crushed by the high-speed hammers. The crushed material is then driven against the support iron for further size reduction.
Particle Sizing and Regulation
Sized particles pass through the grate bars, with smaller ones crushed further. The final size is set by adjusting the grate bars and rotor clearance.
Operational Considerations
To prevent blockages, the material’s moisture content should be kept below 20%.
