Brief Introduction
Our Multi-head Classifier works seamlessly with different types of grinding mills to efficiently separate materials such as calcite, gypsum, barite, kaolin, talc, limestone, silica, Mg/AL(OH)3, carbon black, metal powder, and wood powder.
Application Fields

Working Principle
Material is fed into the system through a bottom inlet and carried to the separation area by an air blower.
The high-speed classifying turbine creates centrifugal force to differentiate coarse and fine materials.
Specified fine powders are collected by the classifier blade in a cyclone or dust cleaner.
Coarse particles rebound off the classifier and return to the grinding chamber for further processing.
