Scope

It excels particularly in processing harder materials compared to other machines.

Working Features

Working Principle

Material is crushed by impacting other stones as it falls into the impeller cavity.

Under significant centrifugal force, the material is struck by other materials descending from above.

They collide and generate a vortex between the impeller and shell, undergoing multiple impacts.

Eventually, smaller stones exit and proceed to the vibrating screen. Suitable materials are directed to the sand washing machine, while oversized materials return to the sand maker for recrushing.

Output sizes can be customized according to customer requirements. If the input exceeds the designed size, additional crushing equipment may be necessary.
